📦 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Flat rate of $10.00 AUD
- Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page
- Shipping times vary based on location and carrier services
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped

🌍 International Shipping
We are currently unable to ship to the United States due to ongoing international tariffs affecting Australia Post.
We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to reopen U.S. orders in the future.
Shipping remains available to other international regions unless otherwise notified at checkout.
❌ Returns
Due to the intimate and energetic nature of our ritual products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If your balm arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel:
