Alchemy Within Her was born from over thirty years of hands-on work with women’s bodies. through massage, aromatherapy, herbal energetics, lymphatic care, and ritual touch.
I’m Monica.
A therapist, a ritualist, a woman who walked through the fire of breast cancer and returned carrying tools for the body.
Why I Created This Balm
After surgery, I was given care, but no doorway back to myself.
I could function. I could survive. But I could not feel.
What began as a single balm became a spiral, a body of work built for women like me, and like you. Balms that return us to ourselves, through touch, through scent, through sacred repetition.
Each balm is part of a larger feminine map a spiral that speaks to the nervous system, the archetypes, and the body’s own rhythm of healing.
