Alchemy Within Her was born from over thirty years of hands-on work with women's bodies through massage, aromatherapy, herbal energetics, therapeutic touch, and ritual care.

It is the culmination of a lifetime spent witnessing what happens when women clear what was never theirs to carry.

I'm Monica, a therapist, a ritualist, a woman who chose to stop carrying stories that were never mine to begin with.

This work is not theoretical. It's lived. Felt. Tested over decades.

Why I Created This Work

Living with everything I'd inherited finally hurt more than the courage it would take to release it. 

The programming lived in my chest. Where breath meets heartbeat. Where every inherited belief about my worth had taken root.

So I began the work of clearing what was never mine. Listening to the places that longed not just for touch, but for freedom from the stories that kept me disconnected.

What began as my own rebellion became a living body of work built for women ready to choose themselves. Balms formulated specifically for where the programming lives. Rituals that help these stories move through and out.

Each balm targets where specific stories get stored - a frequency within a body-based reset, a thread that speaks to the body's own intelligence of release.
